The SmartLine Timer is guaranteed for 3 years with proof of purchase.
The guarantee does not include repairs due to misuse or using a power supply with the wrong voltage. It is also limited to the timer electronics.
Our fees apply to any timers unless you can supply a date of purchase that is within 3 years of date we receive the repair.
We can assist you with any problems related to the Champ electronics since we manufacture the electronic components for BestTrack.
If it is still under warranty with BestTrack, please check with them first. We can repair any electronic issues you have with the Champ
if it is out of warranty or you're in a bind and need a quick fix. This repair only covers the CPU and display boards and components.
The repair fee does not cover lost parts such as cables, power supply or start gate harness but can purchase a new one from us.
We will contact you with recommendations of any upgrades such as a new start gate harness.
Any additional items requested will be added to the repair invoice and in most cases returned without additional shipping charges.
We send an invoice through our PayPal Merchant Account to your email when the repairs are completed. We return the repair and any additional items
via UPS upon payment.

- $109 - 2,3,4 lane SmartLine Timer I models and parts of a timer sent in a small box.

- 6,8 lane SmartLine Timer I models
- 2,3,4 lane SmartLine Timer II models
- 2,3,4 lane BestTrack Champ timers

- any timer returned in a case
- 6 lane SmartLine Timer II models
- 6,8 lane BestTrack Champ timers
- Please note following:
- If the returned item is incomplete we may not be able to find the problem.
- Include all parts including cables that are in question.
- Please do not return the Plexiglas panel of the Timer I models. Remove the display boxes from the panel.
- In the rare case that the timer is damaged beyond repair or new parts are required,
we will send you an estimate for new parts via email before proceeding.

Your name, address and phone number.
Provide Timer Version to be repaired
- Pinewood Timer II
- Pinewood Timer I (model with displays in separate boxes)
- Champ Timer
- Space Timer (include details ie. model of timer and parts returning)
Give us a description, as best you can, of the issues you are seeing with your timer.
We will send you an RMA # and a repair form in the email to include with your timer. This will allow us to process your timer more efficiently and quickly.
